Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp.'s M144 steer tire has received the SmartWay verification confirming it meets U.S. EPA standards for low-rolling resistance.
The M144 uses Toyo's e-balance technology to provide competitive, low-cost mileage performance. An optimized casing profile provides better retreadability.
The M144 is available in four sizes including an H-rated 295/80R22.5, a J-rated 305/70R22.5, and two L-rated sizes — 305/70R22.5 and 315/80R22.5.
In addition to the M144, Toyo Tires offers other SmartWay verified products including the M177 steer tire for regional to long-haul; the M137 steer tire for long-haul; the M657 drive tire for regional to long-haul; and the M157 trailer position free-rolling tire.
