TruckPro has completed the purchase of Power Train Service, a provider of heavy-duty aftermarket truck parts, fleet maintenance, remanufacturing and mobile repair services.

The acquisition will expand TruckPro’s U.S. retail and service capabilities. Power Train serves the Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky markets with 11 full-service locations.

“Power Train is a well-established privately held aftermarket truck parts and services provider in the region with a great reputation for servicing local and national customers,” said Steve Riordan, TruckPro’s chairman and CEO. “The addition of Power Train to the TruckPro family expands our network of retail and service locations in the United States and Canada to more than 150.”

Power Train’s current leadership team will continue to run the business under TruckPro, and will also become investors in the combined enterprise. TruckPro is a distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer products and provider of repair services.
