C.R. England made the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in North America list. The award recognizes top employers that display leadership and innovation in engaging their workplaces.

“Much of credit for this recognition goes to the hundreds of C.R. England employees who have embraced the vision and are focused on the goals fostered by Achievers,” said Mitch England, vice president of human resources at C.R. England.

This is the fifth year that Achievers has put together the award. A panel of judges evaluates each applicant based on the company’s Eight Elements of Employee Engagement. These criteria are communication, leadership, culture, rewards and recognition, professional and personal growth, accountability and performance, vision and values, and corporate social responsibility.

“These companies are setting the benchmark for standards in employee engagement by making engaging, aligning and recognizing employees a top priority,” said Cheryl Kerrigan, vice president of employee success at Achievers.

The winners of the 50 Most Engaged Workplaces award will be honored at an awards gala on March 11, 2015 at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
