Travelers may encounter nightly delays beginning May 13 at the I-94/I-35E Capitol Interchange in St. Paul.
 
At 7 p.m. Monday, May 13 and Tuesday, May 14 the right lane of eastbound I-94 between Kellogg Boulevard and Minnesota Street and the right lane of northbound I-35E between 5th Street and 10th Street, as well as the ramp from northbound I-35E eastbound I-94, will be closed. All lanes will reopen by 6 a.m. Tuesday, May 14 and Wednesday, May 15.
 
At 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 15 the left two lanes of eastbound I-94 between Marion Street and Minnesota Street and the right lane of northbound I-35E between 10th Street and Minnesota Street will close. All lanes will reopen by 6 a.m. Thursday, May 16.
 
At 7 p.m. Thursday, May 16 the left lane of eastbound I-94 between John Ireland Boulevard and Minnesota Street and the right lane of northbound I-35E between 10th Street and Minnesota Street will close. All lanes will reopen by 6 a.m. Friday, May 17.
 
At 7 p.m. Monday, May 20 and Tuesday, May 21 the left lane of northbound I-35E between 10th Street and Minnesota Street will close. The lane will reopen by 6 a.m. Tuesday, May 21 and Wednesday, May 22.
 
At 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 15, Thursday, May 16 and Tuesday, May 21 the two left lanes of westbound I-94 between Highway 52 and Wabasha Street as well as the left lane of southbound I-35E between Jackson Street and Wabasha Street will close. All lanes will reopen by 6 a.m. Thursday, May 16, Friday, May 17 and Wednesday, May 22.
 
At 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 22 and Thursday, May 23 the two right lanes of westbound I-94 between Highway 52 and Wabasha Street will close. All lanes will reopen by 6 a.m. Thursday, May 23 and Friday, May 24.
 
These lane closures are necessary as crews finalize construction of the Central Corridor Light Rail Transit project at Cedar Street spanning the freeways.
