Co-Chairman Dean England, true to family tradition, has worked at every level of the company. At an early age he traveled with his father Gene England on cross-country long hauls. He has worked for the company as a freight handler, truck washer, maintenance manager, terminal manager, operations manager, director of operations, COO, CEO and president prior to assuming his new duties.

Dean has served on various industry and community boards including the Board of Directors of the Utah Motor Transport Association and the Truckload Carrier Association (Refrigerated Division), the Alumni Board for the University of Utah College of Business and as a board member for the University of Utah Fundraising Committee.

CEO Chad England has been involved in the family business since the age of 14, working in nearly every department and continues to maintain his commercial driver's license. He has held numerous positions in the company including driver manager, director of oerations management, vice president of opportunity leasing, vice president of recruiting, training, and safe driving, president of England North America and COO.

Chad dedicates time to various efforts including the American Trucking Associations, Truckload Carriers Association, and the American Transportation Research Institute.  He serves on the Executive Committee of the Utah Trucking Association and the Board of Governors for the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce. Heavy Duty Trucking magazine honored him with their annual "Truck Fleet Innovator" award in 2011.

President and CFO Josh England was named C.R. England's CFO in January 2013. Previously, Josh was the president of England Logistics, a wholly owned subsidiary of C.R. England. England Logistics provides non-asset transportation solutions via road, rail, ocean and air and is among the largest and most diverse third-party logistics companies in the nation.
