PHH Arval announced it appointed Jim Halliday to the position of senior vice president and chief business development officer for North America.

Halliday will continue to serve as president of PHH Canada, a position he was appointed to in 2006. A fleet industry executive for nearly a decade, Halliday first joined PHH to serve as client relations leader in central and eastern Canada. Before joining PHH, Halliday held sales, operations and management positions with Fundata Canada, Hollinger Mutual Fund Group and Vincent Associates.

In his new role, Halliday will focus on growing PHH Arval's business through enhancing service solutions with new and existing clients, as well as aligning the company's marketing, product development and consulting efforts to support these critical areas.
