ARI, a fleet services provider specializing in complex car and truck fleets, announced that it has activated its emergency hotline - 1-866-FLEET59 (1-866-353-3859) - in advance of Hurricane Sandy
, which was anticipated to make landfall along the East Coast of the United States as early as Sunday.
ARI representatives will be available 24/7 to respond to any urgent vehicle inquiry and answer questions that may develop as a result of the storm.
ARI also urges fleets to prepare in advance of the storm by fueling up prior to the storm and moving fleets that may be in flood prone areas to higher ground.
Once the storm hits, it is strongly recommended that fleet managers keep all non-essential personnel off the road to ensure driver safety and minimize damage.
