Meritor, Inc. has appointed Craig Cartmill to the position of vice president, Aftermarket Americas, and Doug Wolma, general manager, Global Aftermarket Operations.

The changes are effective immediately, and both will report directly to Joe Mejaly, vice president and president, Aftermarket & Trailer.

Cartmill is responsible for leading the development and execution of the strategic business plan for the company's Aftermarket organization in North and South America. He will also lead the emerging Meritor Logistics business globally. Cartmill replaces Dan Hopgood, who has left the company to pursue other opportunities.

"Craig's extensive background in the commercial-vehicle segment as well as his exposure to international markets makes him a great choice for this position," Mejaly said.

Wolma is now responsible for leading global operations and strategic deployment, including remanufacturing, distribution, supply chain and the worldwide aftermarket footprint.

"Doug's familiarity with all aspects of Aftermarket operations and his demonstrated capabilities make him the perfect fit for the worldwide expansion required of our aftermarket business," said Mejaly.
