On Friday, FleetNet America announced its hire of John Wood to the position of executive vice president of finance and administration.
Wood is a CPA with a bachelor's in business administration from Mars Hill College and a master's in business administration from the University of Redlands. He has more than 27 years experience in finance and administration management and has worked for companies including DeWitt Petroleum, GI Trucking and Carolina Freight Carriers.
Wood will be in charge of all long-range financial matters and will be responsible for establishing company financial and administrative objectives, policies, programs and practices for FleetNet, a third-party vendor management company that coordinates emergency roadside service and maintenance management service for commercial equipment.
