Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems announced Mark McCollough is the new vice president and general manager for the charging business.


McCollough will provide executive oversight for compressors, air treatment, dampers, engine air, and transmission management product lines. He will also provide strategic and business team leadership, drive product business strategies as well as technology innovations by market segment, and he will develop manufacturing, purchasing sourcing and pricing strategies.

McCollough joined Bendix in 2004 as the engineering manager for compressors. He was promoted to director of air treatment in 2008. Prior to working at Bendix, McCollough held various engineering positions at Nordson Corp., Ford Motor Company and General Electric Aircraft Engines.

"Mark not only has an outstanding knowledge of the evolving regulatory environment and keen insight concerning the commercial vehicle industry, he has strong relationships and a solid foundation of our global business," says Joe McAleese, Bendix president and CEO. "I am confident that our charging business will thrive under his leadership."
