Getloaded has launched a new, exclusive partnership with the National Association for Minority Truckers.

"After launching the industry's first Spanish language load board earlier this year, we have been searching for additional ways to encourage diversity in trucking," said Fergus Caldicott, general manager at Getloaded. "Once we learned more about the NAfMT's commitment to providing services and resources that help minorities succeed in the transportation industry, a formal alliance was a natural fit."

Through their partnership, Getloaded business development manager, Steve Baumhardt, will sit on NAfMT's Board of Directors. Additionally, Getloaded will be the exclusive internet load board for NAfMT members.

Getloaded is creating "NAfMT's LoadedAdvantage … Powered by Getloaded," a NAfMT-branded load board with all the functionality of Getloaded. NAfMT members will receive special discounts on freight-matching service at Getloaded and authority services through GLAuthority.

To further their collaborative success, Getloaded introduced the NAfMT to its other exclusive partners, and on December 6, six of the companies will host a Transportation Summit in Laredo, Texas, specifically catering to the region's Hispanic truckers.

"At Getloaded, we are dedicated to helping the nation's owner-operators and small fleets be successful, and we were thrilled to see how closely the NAfMT's mission aligned with our own," said Caldicott. "Together, we will work to provide truckers the support -- and resources -- they need to transform opportunity into lasting success."
