Horton's Britton, S.D., plant celebrated the production of its six millionth fan drive on Nov. 15. The fan drive was manufactured for longtime Horton customer FleetPride, Inc. of The Woodlands, Texas.

"We're proud to reach the six million mark in Britton and delighted that FleetPride, a distributor we have worked with for more than 20 years, is part of this milestone," says Jeff Lindgren, senior vice president of sales for Horton.

Lindgren, along with Horton President and CEO Geert Henk Touw and Tom Hujik, director, aftermarket/field sales, North America, presented the six millionth fan drive to FleetPride executives at a ceremonial event in Grapevine, Texas.

Horton opened its Britton plant in 1974 and employs 180 people today. This facility manufactures Horton's VMaster and Stratis Viscous, EC450 and EC600 Electromagnetic, DM Advantage On/Off and Two-Speed and Remanufactured Fan Drives as well as repair and conversion kits.
