"Quality Control in Maintenance Operations" is the theme for the Technology & Maintenance Council's 2010 Fall Meeting, to be held Sept. 20 to 23 at the Raleigh Convention Center, Raleigh, N.C.

Thirteen technical sessions will provide information that can help fleets improve safety practices, gain equipment and shop efficiencies, and manage more effectively.

The meeting will also continue the new Service Provider Committee's efforts to improve the relationship between fleets, dealerships and other service providers through the creation of industry recognized recommended practices. Eight task forces will focus on those issues during the Fall Meeting, and the SPC will also moderate a session titled "Quality Control: Advantages and Benefits to Both Fleet and Service Providers."

TMCSuperTech2010 National Technician Skills Competition and a technician training fair will be held in conjunction with the meeting.
