Trucker Buddy board members Mike Pennington, Greg Shipman and Don Nerhring have completed two four-year terms and have been replaced by Brad Williamson, Heather DeBaillie and Steve Gundale.
All three were elected by unanimous vote.

The three outgoing board members will continue on serving on the Trucker Buddy Advisory Council.

Williamson, manager of Detroit Diesel product marketing, has worked in the trucking industry since 2005 after working for General Motors for five years. He received his B.S. from Eastern Michigan University and his MBA from Oakland University. He has developed and managed the marketing efforts of Detroit Diesel.

DeBaillie, marketing manager for CAT Scale Company and Iowa 80 Group, has been part of the trucking industry for over 16 years. She oversees all marketing efforts for CAT Scale as well as Iowa 80 Truckstop, the Walcott Truckers Jamboree and other Iowa 80 Group companies.

"Trucker Buddy works diligently to educate children about trucking," DeBaillie said. "It's a fantastic program and has played a vital role in promoting a positive image for this industry."

Gundale is the director of corporate communications for Dart Transit Company and has worked for over 25 years helping to grow the driver base. The company grew from 250 to 2,400 contractors under Gundale's leadership. Gundale also helped Gary King start Trucker Buddy when King was a contractor with Dart in 1992.

Trucker Buddy International, an independent, non-profit organization, has helped educate schoolchildren and introduce educators to the trucking industry.
