Triangle Suspension Systems opened a regional distribution center in Morrow, Ga., to serve the Southeast U.S. leaf spring and suspension market.
Customers in Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee will be serviced from this new location.
Triangle President Rick Kempski said opening the Georgia facility is one of many ongoing initiatives to enhance customer service. "Triangle offers thousands of spring and suspension parts, and this facility will stock a broad product line to provide the same day or next day delivery needed to repair an out-of-service vehicle," he said.
The facility will provide same-day shipping for orders received prior to 3 p.m. and same-day customer pickups. The warehouse is located at 6878 Kelly Ave. in Morrow.
Customers in the Southeast will see no changes to their ordering process. All customer service and technical support will continue to be provided from Triangle's headquarters in DuBois, Pa. "The only change customers will see is quicker response time and improved next day service," explained George Koerner, vice president of distribution.
