UPS is teaming up with the Boys & Girls Club of Los Angeles to promote safe driving among teenagers through the UPS Road Code, a teen safe-driving course
, which will be held October 7 at the Los Angeles Boys & Girls Club. The course will incorporate UPS's safe-driving interactive tools.

David Ragan, UPS NASCAR driver, will talk to teens about the importance of safe driving. Attendees will also experience a computerized safe-driving simulator that teens will use to test what they have learned during the course. Ragan will test his own skills in the simulator at the event.

The UPS Foundation is giving $1.5 million toward the effort to promote safe driving among teenagers.
