Snider Tire has launched a new Michelin Retread Technologies plant in Bluffton, Ind., in order to supply its Tire and Retread Asset Control System locations in Blytheville, Ark., and Cambridge, Ohio.
TRACS is Snider's tire and retread solution for fleet customers.

With the addition of the new plant, Snider now has a total of 81 Michelin Retread Technologies plants in the U.S.

"More and more trucking fleets are focusing on the value that a comprehensive tire management program can bring, and that includes both high-quality products and services," said John Snider, founder and president of Snider Tire. "Being able to supply even more MRT products to our TRACS customers will give them an even better chance to stay competitive in today's marketplace."

"John and his team have put together a very attractive service offering to fleet customers," said Tom Brennan, vice president and director of MRT.
