YRC Regional Transportation, a subsidiary of YRC Worldwide, has launched a new web site, yrcregional.com, where customers of Reddaway, Holland and New Penn can track shipments, access service maps, obtain shipping forms and view transit times, YRC Worldwide says.
The new site replaces two of its former regional sites, usfc.com and usfnet.com.
Using the new site, customers can track multiple shipments from one home page using PRO numbers from Holland, Reddaway and New Penn.
"While yrcregional.com has an updated look and feel, its core functionality maintains a very user-friendly interface that supports the strengths of our regional companies, including more next-day delivery options, high reliability and claim-free handling," said Greg Reid, executive vice president and chief marketing officer at YRC Worldwide.
Customers can also log in to their accounts for any of the three carriers, to obtain personalized rate quotations, create bills of lading, view shipment tracking reports, view shipping documents, using their existing credentials for either usfnet.com and newpenn.com. New customers can also setup new secure, online accounts by completing the appropriate registration form for instant access.
