TravelCenters of America has expanded its All-You-Can-Eat menu format with the addition of 75 Country Pride, Fork-In-The-Road, and Buckhorn Family Restaurant branded locations, which now carry the menu
. TravelCenters of America previously launched the menu concept back on May 1 with 46 locations.

When ordering off the menu, guests can request a meal of any kind and can reorder unlimited portions of the same meal selection. The format includes all meal types, including sandwiches, entrees, salads, sides and desserts.

"Times are tough and people are looking for better value; a way to stretch their dollar," said Barry Richards, senior vice president of restaurant marketing and operations. "We wanted to do something a little unique and be able to deliver that extra value to all of our customers. The response has been so overwhelming, we decided to expand the concept to additional locations."

The locations are listed on the company's web site at www.tatravelcenters.com.
