Snider Tire, Greensboro, N.C., will purchase Consolidated Tires by the end of the year
, the company said. Consolidated, a truck service dealership, has six commercial/retail tire locations including Greenville, S.C.; Spartanburg, S.C.; Columbia, S.C.; Harleyville, S.C.; Toccoa, Ga.; and a retread plant in Pelzer, S.C.

Snider Tire specializes in mounted tire programs with new tires and retreads. The company has 35 commercial and retread locations nationwide.
