An Associated Wholesale Grocers driver from Missouri pleaded not guilty Wednesday to accusations that he is at fault for the 10 deaths that occurred in a June 26 crash
, according to Tulsa World. Donald Leroy Creed, 76, is charged with 10 misdemeanor counts of negligent homicide in the Ottawa County District Court in Miami, the publication reports.

Creed was reportedly driving down the Will Rogers Turnpike near Miami when his tractor-trailer hit six vehicles that had stopped on the turnpike. He was traveling at 71 miles per hour, Tulsa World reports.

According to the publication, he faces up to 10 years in jail or $20,000 bail.
