Help Inc., the public-private partnership that provides the PrePass weigh station service, is making some changes, with new officers and new services
Help Inc. Chairman Larry Davis of the Ohio Trucking Association and Vice Chairman Rick Clasby of the Utah Department of Transportation demonstrate Help's new truck inspection service., including terminal access, electronic logbook auditing and truck inspection services.
The partnership's newly elected officers include:

Terry Maple, Kansas Highway Patrol, Topeka, Kan. • Member At Large Don Schaefer, Mid-West Truckers Association, Springfield, Ill.
