Inc. magazine has added Advantage PressurePro, Harrisonville, Mo., to the 2009 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing companies.
Advantage PressurePro, which developed the PressurePro Tire Pressure Monitoring System, was ranked the nation's 2651 fastest growing company.
Launched in 2007, the Inc. 5000 list is a comprehensive look at a significant segment of the economy - America's independent-minded entrepreneurs. Inc. 5000 winners for 2009 were ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2005 to 2009.
To qualify, honorees must have been founded and generating revenue by the first week of 2005. Further, honorees have to be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit and independent. Those on the list must also have to have earned at least $200,000 in revenue in 2005, and reached at least $2 million in revenue by 2008.
"Never content to stop growth or rely on past achievements, PressurePro is already looking forward to next year's Inc. 5000 listing," said Phillip Zaroor, president and CEO of PressurePro. "We are already looking to improve our ranking from this year, next."
