Pressure Systems International presented Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company with its 2008 Customer Excellence Award.
Utility Trailer was chosen to receive this annual award for its contribution to increasing the number of trailers protected with the Meritor Tire Inflation System by PSI with ThermAlert heat sensing technology. MTIS with ThermAlert is the most popular option for Utility trailers spec'd for automatic tire inflations systems. ThermAlert is added when MTIS is installed at no additional cost to Utility customers. Utility Trailer has been offering MTIS on its trailers since 1995 and was previously presented with PSI's Customer Excellence Award in 2004.
The 2008 Customer Excellence Award, which is a unique hand-crafted wooden scale replica of a Utility Trailer, was presented to Craig Bennett, senior vice president of sales and marketing for Utility, by Frank Sonzala, executive vice president of Pressure Systems International, during the Mid-America Trucking Show last month.
