Steven Wayne Saltzgiver, fleet director for the state of Georgia, will be keynote speaker for the
annual meeting of the Dossier User Group.
The meeting will be held on May 6 and 7 at the Renaissance Hotel and Nashville Convention Center in Nashville, Tenn.

The Dossier Users Group is an independent organization of fleet professionals whose common interest is their use of Dossier maintenance management software from Arsenault Associates.

The title of Saltzgiver's talk is "Focusing on the Wildly Important - Managing Fleet Costs." Saltzgiver will share techniques and strategies to reduce fleet costs, maximize efficiencies, and increase communication with management and users.

"We're very excited to have Mr. Saltzgiver as our keynote speaker," said user group Chairman Doug White, vice president of maintenance for Dunbar Armored. "He brings more than 30 years of fleet maintenance experience and a wealth of insight."

Saltzgiver is director of the Office of Fleet Management for the State of Georgia, the fourth largest state vehicle fleet with over 20,000 units in 150 agencies statewide. Saltzgiver has served as executive director for the National Conference of State Fleet Administrators, director of Fleet Operations and Surplus Property for the State of Utah, and municipal fleet manager in the Salt Lake City suburb of West Jordan, Utah.

According to White, this year's Dossier User Group will concentrate on training for increased productivity and lower operating expenses. The agenda includes three parallel breakout paths, each with multiple sessions to provide in-depth information on specific subjects. Training will be focused, in-depth, and targeted for practical results.
