The Nevada Department of Transportation is reminding truckers that the Boomtown Truck Stop, located west of Reno on Interstate 80, has indefinitely closed.
Parking is not available on I-80 or at Boomtown during Donner Pass snow closures.
Due to limited commercial vehicle parking in the Reno area, commercial vehicle operators are asked to make arrangements for truckstop and parking facilities east of Fernley during snow closures.
