Daimler Trucks North America recognized 43 North American manufacturers that provide components for Freightliner, Sterling and Western Star truck brands as recipients of their Masters of Quality supplier quality award for 2007.
The Masters of Quality award is the highest recognition that Daimler Trucks North America gives to its suppliers.

Chief Operating Officer Roger Nielsen lauded the efforts of the suppliers that support the company's manufacturing process. "In light of the many challenges that we face in our industry today, this is no easy accomplishment. The Masters of Quality winners are the role models for our entire supplier base," Nielsen said.
