A. Duie Pyle will present a symposium on the potential threat of terrorism involving chemicals transported by truck.
The April 23rd sympsium will include presentations by members of the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force, the U.S. Department of Transportation Hazardous Materials Compliance division, the Port Authority of New York, and the American Chemistry Council. Attendees will discuss potential terrorist threats and scenarios, current regulations for chemical transportation, and procedures for the safe and secure transportation of chemicals.
The symposium will take place at 650 Westtown Rd., West Chester, Pa., from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
