Truck wheel-end product manufacturer Stemco has acquired V.W. Kaiser Engineering in Millington, Mich.

Kaiser is a privately held company with 30 years experience testing and manufacturing quality long life pins and bushings for king pin and suspension applications. Kaiser is known for king pin and suspension kits that outperform, outlast and are simpler to install than traditional components, according to Stemco's announcement.
"The acquisition of Kaiser Engineering provides an opportunity to broaden the
Stemco product offering as well as an opportunity to expand the Kaiser product offering outside of the United States," said Jon Cox, Stemco president.
Kaiser headquarters and manufacturing facility in Millington will remain in place.
Todd Anderson has been promoted to vice president/general manager of Stemco-Kaiser. Anderson has been with Stemco since 1994 and has been a key contributor in both Engineering and Operations, having served most recently as vice president, operations.
