The Job Alerts feature on CareersinGear.com sends drivers the latest trucking opportunities via e-mail, ensuring more exposure for the site's advertisers and providing them an even larger pool of candidates.
"The Job Alerts feature gives our visitors immediate, direct access to new job opportunities in the transportation industry," said Chris Baker, business development manager of CareersinGear, who said more than 1,000 job seekers signed up for the service in the first week.
The new Trucking School section helps potential students find quality trucking school institutions. Schools can promote courses offered, including CDL training and diesel mechanic certification.
