The National Private Truck Council (NPTC) is again teaming with J. J. Keller & Associates to present a free webcast on "Driver Performance Scorecards."
The webcast will take place from 1 to 2:30 p.m. (Central time) on Wednesday, Dec. 5.

Based on interest among attendees of the last webcast, Jim Angel, CTP, from Atrium Companies returns to walk attendees through a number of issues surrounding his company's implementation and use of driver performance scorecards. These issues include building the scorecard, data capture and populating the scorecard, improvements in driver interaction, results (driver turnover, driver attitude, performance, productivity), links to compensation, benefits to the company, changes to recruiting and assessment standards, and changes to dispatcher/fleet manager competencies.
The webcast, which will be moderated by Gary Petty, president and CEO of NPTC, will include presentations from:

• Jim Angel, CTP, director of fleet operations for Atrium Companies
• Tom Moore, CTP, executive director of the NPTC Institute, and vice president of public affairs for NPTC
• Tom Bray, editor of Transport Management, J. J. Keller & Associates.
