The presentation by Jeff Keller, principal of Keller Services, a consulting firm, discusses why 40 percent of all new IT projects fail and how carriers can determine their ROI in advance. Starting with the premise that good management yields success, he will reveal his "Top Ten List to Maximize Return on Investment," which will include both actions and tools. His list details crucial components and considerations that must be made during the implementation process.
"CLI sponsors these seminars because of its commitment to helping transportation companies improve business practices and performance," said Ken Weinberg, vice president of CLI. "This presentation promises to be highly informative and a must attend for anyone embarking on a new project."
