Heavy Duty Dialogue's 2008 Annual Conference for heavy-duty trucking executives will be held Monday, Jan. 21, 2008, at The Mirage Las Vegas, immediately preceding Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week. Following the daylong
Heavy Duty Dialog presentations by the some of the industry's most respected experts, Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week will host a reception to start the conference, which continues through Thursday, Jan. 24.
To date, Dialogue speakers include:
• Dr. Thomas Barnett, author and expert on international security and globalization
• Derek Kaufman, president and CEO of C3 Network
• Peter Nesvold, transportation industry analyst for Bear Stearns
Additional panel discussions and presentations are being planned and will be posted regularly on the HDMA web site at www.hdma.org.
More than 300 senior-level truck industry executives participated in this year's HD Dialogue '07; many also attended Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week '07.
Heavy Duty Dialog is organized by the Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association (HDMA), a market segment of the Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association (MEMA), which also includes the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA), and the Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA).
