and increased functionality and design.
Schneiderjobs.com is one of the first recruitment sites in the industry to offer drivers the opportunity to speak with company representatives via live chat.
For instant, real-time answers to questions, driver candidates can visit the driver page and click on the driver chat icon. The company's recruitment team is available to chat with driver candidates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. Via the driver page, interested individuals can also search for available positions and fill out a job application.
"Live driver chat is an exciting addition to schneiderjobs.com and provides potential drivers with an easy-to-use, seamless tool for exploring driving as a career and submitting an application," said Mike Norder, director of marketing for Schneider National. The majority of the upgrades to the site were made in the area of driver recruitment, which now includes an expanded owner-operator section for comprehensive information about the unique programs and incentives available through Schneider National.
