Better Biodiesel Inc., a producer of biodiesel fuel, has made its first commercial shipment of ASTM-D6751-standard biodiesel fuel to heavy-hauling trucker Christensen Brothers of Spanish Fork, Utah.
“Christensen Brothers is pleased with the performance and attributes of the company’s fuel including its potential to lower maintenance costs and enhance the longevity of its engines and equipment,” said Lew Christensen, CEO of Christensen Brothers. “We are excited about the renewable energy characteristics and lower emissions associated with biodiesel fuel and the prospect of helping to reduce dependence on petroleum-based fuel in the United States.”
