Marangoni Tread N.A. (MTNA) recently hosted its North American dealers for a two-day meeting in Nashville, Tenn., to celebrate successes throughout the dealer network.
Among those successes were converting business from conventional flat-tread to Ringtread; installation of new equipment to meet capacity demands and efficiency goals; existing dealers adding additional Ringtread plants in new markets; and dealers opening new commercial locations.
All 23 plants were represented and each dealer spoke of the benefits the Ringtread System continues brings to them, along with their plans for future growth.
A tour of the Ringtread manufacturing facility in Madison, Tenn., gave most of the dealers their first look at the recent expansion and upgrades to the state of the art Alpha-RING production facility. MTNA doubled the production capacity of the Madison plant in August 2005 to keep ahead of demands.
MTNA introduced new Ringtread designs and Ringtread product line extensions to meet current needs of the market. Additional designs are scheduled for introduction in the second half of ’07. The latest in retread-building technology was introduced with a video of the RT3000 dual headed extruder/builder. Additionally, MTNA unveiled a new advertising campaign to begin in December trade magazines, as well as exhibited upgrades to the web site.
