Petro Stopping Centers announced the introduction of a new summer Iron Skillet Restaurant menu, now available at all Iron Skillet Restaurants nationwide.

The featured item on the new menu is an 18-ounce "Cowboy Ribeye" steak with choice of potato at a suggested price of $9.99.
The new menu also adds a 12-ounce top sirloin, beef fajitas and a new "Cowboy Burger."
"Drivers constantly tell us they want more variety and better value," said John Ponczoch, director of Iron Skillet Operations, "I don't think they will be disappointed with the new summer menu."
Steaks are by far the most popular entrée item at the Iron Skillet, making up more than 12 percent of total restaurant sales. The Iron Skillet now offers four steak entrées, including a 7- and 12-ounce top sirloin, a 16-ounce T-bone and the 18-ounce ribeye.
"The T-bone is currently our most popular steak," said Corporate Chef Stig Hansen, "but we expect the new ribeye, priced at $9.99, to give it a run for the money. It's a high quality steak and a great value."
The Iron Skillet is also changing what is on the menu for dessert this summer. Strawberry shortcake, made with fresh strawberries, and a hot brownie dessert have replaced cheesecake on the new menu. The Iron Skillet will also offer bottled water on the menu for the first time, in response to customer requests.
