Cartasite, which provides remote monitoring solutions for fleet management, says it has completed a significant round of venture funding.

Acadia Partners V and Canterbury Partners are top contributors to the multi-million-dollar funding round. The company’s new product will be publicly introduced in the next few weeks.
“This financing enables us to properly launch what we consider to be a very advanced and forward-thinking product for remote asset management,” said David Armitage, CEO of Cartasite. “We have spent the past year developing this next-generation product and putting the proper infrastructure in place. Now it’s time for the rest of the world to see what we’ve created.”
Cartasite’s Realtime Operational Intelligence technology has the ability to integrate with existing IT infrastructure while also providing the flexibility to be configured precisely to the users’ specifications. This distinctive capability allows Cartasite customers to determine exactly who should get what information, when it should be delivered and how it should be formatted, ultimately giving each individual user the information needed to perform his or her job function while filtering out information that is not needed.
Denver, Colorado-based Cartasite owns and operates a Network Operation Center (NOC) with interconnects to some of the world’s largest wireless carriers. For more information, visit www.cartasite.com.
