Great Dane Trailers is participating at the Technology and Maintenance Council 2006 Annual Meeting and Transportation Technology Exhibition this week in Tampa, Fla.
As the only manufacturer to exhibit a trailer at the annual tradeshow,
Great Dane plans to celebrate the TMC’s 50th anniversary by displaying a commemorative SSL Freight Van marking the organization’s milestone.
“Historically, Great Dane has been a strong advocate of the TMC and its members because we share a dedication to advancements in the trucking industry,” said Chris Adkins, senior vice president of sales and marketing at Great Dane Trailers. “Through technology and the development of appropriate standards for operation and maintenance, TMC has been the impetus for great progress and change over the past 50 years. We feel it’s important to pledge our support by once again having a strong presence at the Annual Meeting and by representing our product on the exhibit floor.”
The SSL freight van will be on display in a 1,200-square-foot exhibit booth, #1650. The SSL will be adorned with a special graphic tribute to the TMC’s 50th anniversary.
