Arsenault Associates Inc., the New Jersey-based provider of fleet maintenance management solutions, reports record growth in 2005 and has outlined its plans for 2006.
Arsenault Associates Outlines Plans for 2006

Charles Arsenault, company founder and president, said his company has acquired 80 new fleet clients in the year just ended. Revenues grew by 18 percent over the previous year.
“This strong growth reflects the efforts of our customer-oriented staff and the intuitive, user-friendly nature of Dossier, our core software technology,” Arsenault said.
Arsenault provides Dossier software, products and services for the most efficient management of maintenance of commercial vehicles and equipment. Dossier software saves time, effort and money, particularly in the heavy truck, bus, construction and government fleet sectors.
According to Arsenault, the growth in 2005 included a number of key executive appointments at Arsenault Associates. Jack Boetefuer was appointed chief operating officer; John Davis, former president of Virginia Overland Transportation, was named training, deployment and fleet system consultant; and Sydney B. Nice has established an Arsenault office in Houston, Texas, for the southwest region.
Arsenault also noted the company saw increased technology use in fleet maintenance, including Pocket Dossier for PDA handheld computers, used primarily by mobile technicians, supervisors and executives.
He said he expects continued growth in the trend toward integration between Dossier and customer fleet’s enterprise management systems.
“We will continue to build our talented technology development and management team, and our corporate offices will move to new, larger quarters,” Arsenault said, adding that more regional customer-service offices will also be established.
He said a number of technology enhancements will debut in the coming year, including customer-focused upgrades to its web site at www.arsenault.biz and new tire-tracking functionality for Dossier.
Arsenault has provided maintenance management expertise since 1979. Its Dossier software serves a growing customer base of more than 3,000 commercial fleets including small companies, Fortune 100 corporations, schools and government agencies that operate over 400,000 pieces of equipment. Dossier manages a variety of vehicles including tractors, trailers, trucks, buses and autos, plus construction and material handling equipment.
