Iteris Inc., Anaheim, Calif., has been named one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Orange County by Deloitte & Touche LLP in its prestigious Technology Fast 50 Program.

Iteris' 93 percent increase in revenues from 2000-2004 resulted in a ranking of 29th on the list. The annual award program ranks technology companies located in Orange County by revenue growth. To be considered, Technology Fast 50 entrants must: have operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 2000 and at least $1,000,000 in 2004; have headquarters in Orange County; be a "technology company," defined as a company that owns proprietary technology that contributes to a significant portion of its operating revenues; or devotes a significant proportion of revenues to the research and development of technology.
Winners of the 15 regional Technology Fast 50 programs in the United States and Canada are automatically entered on Deloitte's Technology Fast 50 or Technology Fast 500 programs.
