ObjectFX Corp. has announced that Getloaded.com has enhanced its Internet Load Board for the Transportation Industry by deploying a new Load Availability Map based on SpatialFX,
the Java/J2EE spatial enterprise software platform from ObjectFX.
The interface deployed by Getloaded.com gives carriers a quick reference to states that are currently the best bet for loads, and adds a more user-friendly way to search for loads by state. States are rated in three categories according to availability of loads--High, Medium and Low--based on several factors, including ratio of inbound to outbound loads, and the ratio of loads to truck postings. The color-coded map allows Getloaded members to focus immediately on states with the highest potential.
