Park-Ohio Industries Inc., a subsidiary of Park-Ohio Holdings Corp., has announced that its Integrated Logistics Solutions (ILS) business has recently entered into an exclusive, multi-year agreement with International Truck and Engine Corp.
to supply OEM production components.
Under the agreement, Cleveland-based ILS has been selected as the sole-source provider of nearly 5,000 components used in the production of truck and bus vehicles in International Truck facilities in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
In addition, ILS will provide related supply chain management support services.
The new agreement builds upon a longstanding relationship between ILS and International Truck, which produces International brand commercial trucks, mid-range diesel engines and IC brand school buses and is a private label designer and manufacturer of diesel engines for the pickup truck, van and SUV markets.
