The destruction caused by Hurricane Katrina has made it impossible for the MGM Beau Rivage Hotel in Biloxi, Miss., to accommodate CVSA's Fall Workshop this month.
With a full agenda scheduled, the workshop will be held in Indianapolis, Ind. The meeting dates remain Sept. 24-29, and, based on responses from currently registered attendees, the attendance level is expected to be on par with recent conferences. The next North American Cargo Securement Harmonization Committee meeting is still scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 29 from 1:30 p.m. until 5 p.m. and continuing on Sept. 30 from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis immediately following the CVSA 2005 Fall Workshop.
