Paschall Truck Lines’ new training and orientation center in El Paso, Texas, saw its first class of drivers graduate in July. Two classes lasting two and a half days each will be held each week at this new center.

The El Paso center brings a new trainer, Jorge Rico, to PTL. Rico previously served as a federal DOT auditor and is therefore familiar with safety and qualification concerns. Rico, a native of El Paso, is fluent in both English and Spanish.
The El Paso training center operates independently of PTL’s current facilities. The main training and orientation facilities are located at corporate headquarters in Murray, Ky. Regional drivers living in the Indianapolis area can go through training and orientation at PTL’s Indianapolis facility.
PTL provides driving opportunities for solos, teams and owner-operators. The company offers a competitive pay package, including a $3,000 sign-on bonus for company drivers and owner-operators. PTL also offers the best fuel surcharge in the industry along with a fuel bonus, incentives to run in New York City and Canada, guaranteed home time, and no loading or unloading.
