Castrol Tection Extra and 13-time NHRA POWERade champion John Force are teaming up on a tour to educate and entertain the trucking backbone of America – owner/operators.

The On the Road with Castrol Tection Extra is a 40-week cross-country mobile marketing tour with appearances at various trucking shows, NHRA events, truckstops, retail locations and other special events.
Its first stop was The Mid-America Trucking Show in Louisville, Ky., on March 31. The On the Road tour will continue making stops all across America until November.
BP Lubricants USA Inc. is also conducting the Castrol Tection Extra “Big Honkin’ Truck Makeover,” in which one Grand Prize winner will receive an internal, external and communication makeover valued at $50,000 for their vehicle weighing more than 10,000 pounds.
Some sponsors that will be donating their products to the makeover include, Grote Industries, Aeroserve Technologies, Burdilla Lanser Technologies, Sirius Satellite Radio, Alcoa Wheel Products and National Seating, to name a few. More sponsors will be added in the coming weeks. The winner will be announced on Aug. 27, 2005.
