Con-Way has promoted Tom W. Clark to vice president of operations for Con-Way Southern Express (CSE). He most recently served as a region manager in New England for Con-Way Central Express.

Clark joined Con-Way in 1985 as a freight operations supervisor at the company's Buffalo, N.Y., facility. He was later promoted to freight operations manager and service center manager for the company's Albany, N.Y. facility. In 1990 he was named freight operations manager and based in Atlanta, Ga. In 1991 he was promoted to service center manager for the Norcross, Ga. facility. He returned to Atlanta in 1996 as service center manager. He was later promoted to region manager for the Southeast. In 1998 he was promoted to CCX region manager for New England.
Clark is a graduate of the University of Albany in Albany, N.Y. where he earned a bachelor's degree. He will be based at the Con-Way Southern general offices in Ft. Worth, Texas.
