This new software tool simplifies troubleshooting for service technicians by providing the ability to access a wide variety of component diagnostic applications simultaneously on one PC.
Following installation, process, the JPRO Fleet Service Portal will automatically search the user’s PC for installed diagnostic applications. JPRO categorizes diagnostic applications by component and searches for new applications or existing applications that are changed or removed. The JPRO Fleet Service Portal is used as the home screen on service bay PCs to link to diagnostic applications with the push of a button.
“With the combination of the Noregon RP1210A-compliant JPRO Data Link Adapter and JPRO Fleet Service Portal, the user is equipped with a single, consistent graphical user interface and single device for connection to a vehicle,” notes Bill Hathaway, Noregon president. “Once connected, technicians can easily transition between all RP1210A-compliant applications.”
