XTRA Names Dreller CFO

XTRA Corp., St. Louis, Mo., has promoted Mike Dreller to chief financial officer. Dreller joined XTRA January 2004 as the company’s vice president and controller.

He helped arrange XTRA Lease’s recent acquisition of CitiCapital’s former trailer rental business from GE Commercial Finance. He also was instrumental in selling XTRA Corp.’s international and chassis business units this past year.
Before joining XTRA, Dreller served as vice president, treasurer and
CFO for Falcon Products Inc., a commercial furniture manufacturer based in St. Louis, Mo. Dreller has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Illinois and is a licensed CPA in Mo.
Owned by Berkshire Hathaway, XTRA Corporation is a transportation equipment lessor with operations in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. The XTRA Lease and XTRA Intermodal divisions offer over-the-road trailer equipment and domestic intermodal equipment.
