TCA Audio Conference Just Two Weeks Away

The Truckload Carriers Assn. will conduct an audio conference from noon to 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 17.

“For too long, shippers and brokers have dictated the service terms and conditions for truckload carriers,” said Virginia DeRoze, TCA director of training.
According to DeRoze, the conference will provide the contracting tools to establish and enforce maximum liability limits for cargo loss and damage, avoid special and consequential liability, overly broad indemnifications and offsets.
